Growing up Tamil-Canadian in Toronto, I learned early that property means something different to everyone. For one client, it may be their first home. For another, it may be a commercial space to grow their business, an investment property to build long-term wealth, or a development opportunity that shapes a neighbourhood. My job is to understand what you are building and help you move forward with clarity, strategy, and confidence.
I have been active in GTA real estate since 2019, with 7 years of experience and over $100 million in closed transactions across residential, commercial, and pre-construction real estate. With a BA in Economics from York University, I bring a more analytical and numbers-driven perspective to every transaction, helping clients look beyond the listing and understand the bigger picture behind each decision. I work under Forest Hill Real Estate Inc. Brokerage, recognized as Canada's #1 Luxury Brokerage by Units Sold (TRREB 2024) and hold Platinum REALTOR® status along with CLHMS certification.
I founded Nero Property Group to build something bigger than a one-agent shop. The vision is a full-service GTA real estate brand serving clients across residential, commercial, investment, and development real estate, with the level of detail, communication, and follow-through I would want for my own family and business.
